Register
Register if you are a new user. All you need is an email address and a photo ID to register.

Wait for verification email
After register, you will receive a verification code in the email to verify your user and email. Once verified, you will receive a successful verification email and you are ready to send money anytime.

Choose an amount to send
Type in the amount you want to send, the system will show you the fees and net amount will be received in the destination country. You can also type the amount to be received in the destination country, the system will show you the fees and amount to be sent from the origin.

Add recipient details
Fill in the correct beneficiary bank account or recipient's details.

Pay your transfer
There are two options you can choose to make payment to us:
- Pay by bank transfer manually (no fee imposed), you have to upload your slip to the website/apps when transfer is done. Or,
- Pay by bank transfer via POLI (an extra fees imposed from POLI). Once payment is done, you will receive a confirmation email for transaction created and paid.

Transfer done
Beneficiary will receive the amount sent within the SLA stated in the website for each destination country. You can check transaction status or track you transfer online in your account.
